KMAT Karnataka 2026

The Karnataka Management Aptitude Test (KMAT) is a state-level entrance examination conducted by the Karnataka Private Post Graduate Colleges Association (KPPGCA) for admission to MBA, PGDM, and MCA programs in over 170 management colleges across Karnataka. The exam is conducted twice a year (Session 1 and Session 2) in a remote proctored (home-based) online mode. KMAT assesses candidates on three key sections: Language Comprehension, Mathematical Skills, and Basic Aptitude, with a total of 120 questions and a duration of 2 hours. The exam offers a moderate difficulty level and is an accessible option for management aspirants in Karnataka.
