Karnataka PGCET 2026

The Karnataka Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (PGCET) is a state-level entrance examination conducted by the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) for admission to MBA, MCA, M.E., M.Tech, and M.Arch programs offered by universities and colleges across Karnataka. The exam is conducted in offline (pen-and-paper) mode and assesses candidates on multiple sections including Analytical Ability, Communication Ability, and Quantitative Analysis for MBA, and Mathematics and Computer Awareness for MCA. With a total of 100 questions and a duration of 2 hours, Karnataka PGCET offers a moderate difficulty level with no negative marking for incorrect answers. Candidates with a valid bachelor's degree (50% marks for General, 45% for reserved categories) are eligible to apply. The selection process includes centralized counselling conducted by KEA.
